Thank you to everyone who came out last week to our 7th Annual Digital Console Expo at Chicago’s Moody Church. The event was our biggest yet with 18 manufacturers and over 170 people gathered together to get hands-on time with the latest in digital console technology.
Attendees included engineers and technicians from large houses of worship, broadcasters, touring acts, sound/AV companies, and performance facilities from around the Chicagoland area, and some that traveled from as far as Minnesota and Ohio, as well as students, church volunteers, integrators and consultants.
This year’s event was expanded to feature manufacturers of cabling, switches and other console accessories to provide attendees with a look at the bigger picture of how digital consoles can be integrated into larger systems.
In addition to the networking opportunities and the unique experience of having factory representatives available to answer questions, there was ample swag and food, and a raffle of great giveaways including headphones and audio interfaces.
