Yamaha Announces Chicagoland Training Sessions

Yamaha TrainingYamaha recently announced dates for several free training sessions in the Chicagoland area.

This July, training for the new CL Series as well as the M7CL and LS9 will take place in Glen Ellyn at the College of DuPage’s McAninch Arts Center.

Registration opens this Friday, June 8 at this link.

All classes are free, but space is extremely limited.

AM—”Introducing the CL Series”

This 4-hour course will demonstrate the mixing and sonic capabilities of the new Yamaha CL-series of digital mixers and the flexibility of the Dante digital network.

PM—”Digital Audio Networks for Engineers”

This 4-hour course is designed to give audio engineers a foundation for working with digital networks—topics include discussion of current digital network technologies, configuring Dante and EtherSound networks, and troubleshooting said networks.

Please note: These are separate classes.  Separate registration is required for each class.

ALL DAY—”M7CL for Advanced Users”

A one-day course to expand users knowledge of the M7CL console and its capabilities—including multitrack audio recording and utilizing an EtherSound digital audio network with the M7CL-48ES digital mixing console.

Who should attend?  Engineers with familiarity experience of the M7CL operations and functions as well as understanding of audio signal flow and routing techniques.
