A local performing arts center’s digital audio console failed before a weekend show. On short notice, we delivered a rental of a replacement console to get them through the gig, then facilitated a repair of their console. The rental and repair were heavily discounted, despite the rental prep and delivery occurring outside of our standard business hours, and despite the fact that the customer had purchased the console from us 15+ years ago.
A production company purchased a stage box that wasn’t performing correctly out of the box. We worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement unit shipped out, and offered the customer a free loaner stage box from our rental inventory until the situation was resolved.
One of our customers experienced a sudden power loss on their wireless receiver, and we helped out by identifying the root issue and replacing the front panel power switch to get their receiver working properly again. Repair labor was done at our discounted rate.
A local church had an entire fader bay stop working on their digital audio console. We located the source of the issue and replaced the affected fader power supply and control cards. All repairs were performed on-site, and billed at our discounted rate.

Chauvet Professional’s Reve E-3 is an LED ellipsoidal fixture that is one of the brightest in its class. The fixture provides a broad range of colors and highly adjustable whites to dial in the perfect look for any show. The included adjustable yoke makes it easy to mount the E-3 in cramped areas when space is at a premium. All these features combine to make the Reve E-3 a workhorse suitable for a full spectrum of applications, from theatrical productions, to broadcasts, to corporate events, rock concerts, and everything in between.

Are you having trouble getting your transmitters to sync with your new Axient Digital receiver? You are not alone, and TC Furlong Inc. is here to help! With many of our customers now receiving the remaining pieces on their backordered Axient orders, we’ve noticed this somewhat common issue when our customers start unboxing their highly anticipated top-tier Shure wireless systems.
The factory default setting for the Axient Digital receiver is set to the G53 band. If you are having an issue getting your existing Axient beltpacks or handhelds to pair with your new RX, likely your transmitters and receivers are not set to the same bands. Changing the band on the receiver to match the transmitters is quick and easy.
To switch the frequency band on your Axient receiver, follow the steps below:
Press the red “Exit” button on the front panel to make sure you are on the home screen.
While on the home screen, press the control knob in to access the settings main menu.
On the main menu, choose the first option “Device Configuration”
In the device configuration menu, choose the first option “Device RF”
On the device RF screen, choose the first option “RF Band”
On the RF band selection screen, press the control knob inwards again to choose the RF band parameter. The band selection box will highlight on the screen. Choose the correct frequency band, which will likely be G57 if you are in the US.
To confirm the change, you need to press the (now blinking) “Enter” button next to the control knob. You will see an image on the screen that lets you know your settings have been saved.
And that’s it! Your receiver should now be able to connect to your transmitters in the desired band.

The latest addition to TC Furlong Inc.’s extensive rental inventory is the Clear-Com Arcadia Central Station. Arcadia is Clear-Com’s most flexible and scalable intercom platform yet, and will serve as the communications backbone for our customers’ biggest and most complex productions.
The Arcadia Central Station serves as an all-in-one hub for Clear-Com’s entire lineup of production intercom solutions. In addition to eight 4-wire and four 2-wire analog intercom ports, FreeSpeak II transceivers can be connected to Arcadia to facilitate wireless communication. Arcadia also acts as a base station for Clear-Com’s HelixNet digital partyline products. Finally, Arcadia is Dante-enabled to allow easy audio-over-IP interfacing with third-party devices.
Intercom setups that might have previously required multiple pieces of rack gear, a handful of interfaces and converters, and extra cabling (not to mention a lot of troubleshooting), can now rely on the single rack unit Arcadia station.
Arcadia has full front panel controls, including two full-color touchscreen displays. For in-depth system configuration and monitoring, engineers can use the browser-based Core Configuration Manager (CCM). CCM provides an intuitive user interface for assigning beltpack roles, configuring groups, and monitoring overall system health.
